Ivania Alvarado is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and experienced Real Estate Instructor. With a Master’s degree in General Business, Supervision, and Management (with a concentration in Accounting) from Miami Dade College and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University, Ivania brings a deep understanding of both business and finance to the real estate world.
Since 1995, Ivania Alvarado has been actively involved in diverse facets of the real estate industry, including sales, insurance, and title services. In 1999, she further expanded her expertise by establishing The South Florida School of Real Estate. Ivania Alvarado excels at developing and empowering real estate professionals through comprehensive recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
