14 hours Florida Real Estate Continuing Education is a State requirement that must be fulfilled every two years. Failing to do it, will put you involuntary inactive. If you pass more than two years involuntary inactive, then you must do a reactivation course of 28 hour and pass a school exam with a minimum of 75%, or you could lose your real estate license.
